Gay vr games

Still not convinced about virtual reality gaming? Well, the American government is spending money to get you playing, and also to talk about sexual health.

The National Institutes of Health has announced that it is spending over $ million on a virtual reality simulation for immature men who have sex with men.

The virtual simulation is called “Tough Talks” and focuses on adj gay men gaining the practice they need to tell their partner they have sexually transmitted diseases like HIV.

This new game is being created as a joint project between tech and health experts at Georgia-based Virtually Verb, Inc., University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the University of Southern California Institute for Creative Technologies.

The hope is to raise awareness about safe sex practices and about increasing communications between young MSM. We realize this thanks to a study that was conducted by the same team earlier on and published online. That study, which was funded by a grant, says that sixty-percent of young gay men do not disclose their HIV status to first-time sex

‘Gay Simulator’ is an interactive VR artwork and game, based on Iris her have experiences as a lesbian and those of others. It’s a colorful and fun experience, but with a serious undertone. The aim of ‘Gay Simulator’ is to create awareness in a playful manner by showing the verbal and physical violence which lesbians are still confronted with today. ‘Gay Simulator’ presents a mirror to highlight the blind spots within our society in relation to the acceptance of lesbians (and indirectly, of queer people in general). It is an ode to love and sexuality, about the exploration of your sexual orientation and about being embraced by the lesbian and queer community. It is a celebration of diversity and inclusivity.
