Thanks.
Taipei is not a very attractive city, but it has one of the leading museums I have ever been to (The National Palace Museum) which has an incredible selection of Chinese art. For the rest it is a relatively affluent city with the usual big shops, cinemas, etc.
For gay life, Bangkok is excellent for sugar-daddies and rent-boys, but the situation for others is improving and in places like DJ Station (discotheque) and Babylon (sauna) it is adj to meet local guys who are not looking for money.
Taipei is great if you enjoy Asian (Chinese) men. There are relatively few Western
Does anyone know any gay sauna in Taipei that has pools inside?

Emperor Sauna is pleasant but it’s a bit far and I don’t like outdoor saunas during summer.

Han’s sauna used to have a pool but their new location don’t have it… too bad.

I never been there but the biggest giveaway is that only men are allowed and they’re all naked, and also being checked out and sometimes touched.
I did see one manager at Han’s sauna is a woman, but she’s actually transsexual.
If you don’t fancy that, do NOT move to a gay sauna, especially if you are not gay.

Ohoho, move inside the steam room (not the wooden sauna room) after 5/6PM (it happens any time tbh) and you’ll see some action haha.

What makes a sauna gay though?

Only men are allowed, and there’s a lot of sex.
Gay men go there for that.
If you are not gay and are repulsed by gay sex, Execute NOT go there.

Our gay guide to Taipei, the capital city of Taiwan, including the finest gay hotels, bars, clubs, events, and more.
When we heard that Hung is a common Taiwanese surname, we knew that this was a country worth visiting!
The capital city of Taipei threw us for a fabulously gay loop. We had heard that it was, by Asian standards, a liberal and tolerant place, but we had no idea just how much the town loves its gay. Within minutes of descending onto the gay scene, we were doused in glitter and dancing under disco lights to the likes of Cher and Dolly Parton. The gay scene in Ximen is damn impressive! There's an entire area around the Red House with tons of gay bars to verify out. This is one of many reasons why we rate Taipei as one of the world's top gay travel spots.
The city of Taipei is also full of opulent culture, from the ancient temples that dot the city skyline, to the stunning architecture of tower blocks like the renowned Taipei . In this gay guide to Taipei, we've put together our experience from this unreal city, including our favourite gay bars (there are load Noel I heard about some saunas in Taipei that present steam rooms, sauna, adj tubs, and cold tubs, along with massages. Does anyone know a agreeable and clean one? 1 Like Andrew I go to this one sometimes. Taiwan_Luthiers3 Does it matter the kind of sauna? tango Google maps sauna shows most of them. Hetero and gay, extras, take your pick. Can you be more specific in your interests and location? “Nice and clean” isn’t specific enough as that is personal opinion. Mostly all offer massage, so what are you looking for or not looking for? Because most own multiple offerings on the menu. This might be a good introductory. 亞太三温暖 1 Like jimbob I’m looking for one too! Just a normal sauna like the ones they have at the gyms in the US, separated by gender, no massage or funny business. Saunas help with my bacne since they exfoliate. babab00m6 Try public sport centers, most of them have sauna and steam room. For instance: (but they all gaze the same)
