Gabourey Sidibe's husband was given the greatest gift on Father's Day – permission to share his favorite photo of his wife.

"For Father’s Day, @gabbysidibe gifted me permission to share the funniest picture I’ve probably ever taken in my life- her super duper high on morphine being absolutely flabbergasted that she had just given birth to two whole babies!" Brandon wrote in his caption.

"Her face is absolute shock, and I affection it. I know today is 'about me', but let’s be real…I wouldn’t be a Father without the grueling 9 months she went through, and these two absolute angels that came from it. That day my entire world changed, and I’m so grateful for it."

Gabourey Sidibe has a special reason to celebrate this holiday season!

The Oscar nominee, 37, is feeling the love this month, weeks after Brandon Frankel, 35, proposed to the Precious actress.

During the days leading up to Christmas, Frankel posted kind photos of his recent fiancée. In one publish, he showed off a "surprise birthday dinner from my Queen." In another, which he captioned "I'm a lucky guy," the two were seen modeling their holiday looks.

The noun after Christmas, Frankel shared a photo of Sidibe proudly displaying her engagement ring, writing, "Despite 2020 being a totally 🗑 🔥, I’d say we had a pretty incredible year. Continually thankful for this one right here. Excited to be ridiculous with you for the rest of our lives."

Sidibe shared the happy news of their engagement on Instagram last month, showing off her ring and detailing how Frankel proposed.
